1. Who can use Shoppy

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to use Shoppy. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

2. Shoppy is a platform, not a party to your deals

Shoppy connects buyers and sellers. We do not buy, sell, own, or inspect any item, and we do not process payments. All arrangements — price, payment method, meeting, and exchange — are made directly between buyer and seller.

Because we are not a party to your transaction, Shoppy is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or delivery of items, or for any payment between users. Deal with care and use the safety guidance we provide.

3. Listings

Shoppy is for clothing, footwear, and fashion accessories only. You may only list items you own and have the right to sell. Your photos, descriptions, condition, and prices must be accurate and your own.

Listings are reviewed before they go live and may be rejected or removed if they break these terms or our Community Guidelines.

4. Prohibited items and conduct

Do not list counterfeit or replica goods, stolen items, underwear sold as new without packaging, or anything illegal under Lebanese law. Do not harass other users, spam, scam, post misleading content, or attempt to move users to fraudulent channels.

We may suspend or remove accounts that break these rules.

5. Content you post

You keep ownership of the photos and text you upload, but you grant Shoppy a licence to display them for the purpose of operating and promoting the marketplace. You are responsible for the content you post.

6. Suspension and termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or harm other users or the platform.

7. Disclaimers and liability

Shoppy is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from transactions between users, items bought or sold, or interruptions to the service.

These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon.
